Survivors: wife, Irene; daughters, Donna Grove, Springfield, Ill., Mary J. McDonald, Cobbs, Va., Kaye McQuigg, Missouri; stepsons, Donald Knapp, Dixon, Mo., Roger Knapp, Augusta, Ga.; Ruth Maurer, Bloomington, Ill.; 15 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren.
