Rosella White

Rosella Clark, 91, of Keokuk, died at 12:20 a.m. Sunday, March 9, 2008, at River Hills Village in Keokuk. Born Nov. 16, 1917, in Camp Point, Ill., she was the daughter of Orville E. and Edith E. Van Holt White. On Aug. 22, 1937, she married Mac Lafayette Clark in Palmyra, Mo. He died April 14, 1998. Mrs. Clark attended Gem City Business College. She was a member of First Christian Church in Keokuk. Survivors include one daughter, Beverly C. Heil of Dallas; four grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. Besides her husband, she was preceded in death by one son. Visitation will be from 10 to 10:30 a.m. Thursday at First Christian Church. DeJong's Funeral Home in Keokuk is in charge of arrangements. The funeral for Mrs. Clark will be at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at First Christian Church with the Rev. William S. Mitchell officiating. Burial will be in Bowen Abby in Bowen, Ill.
