BERWICK -- Robert H. Huston, 44, of Rural Route 1 died at 9:45 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 1, 1993, at St. Mary Medical Center in Galesburg. Born Dec. 11, 1948, in Avon to Walter Duane and Alice Detterding Huston, he married Hope Worthington on Dec. 13, 1969, in Roseville. She survives. Also surviving are his parents of Roseville; two sons, Brian Matthew of Roseville and Richard Benjamin at home; one daughter, Melissa Gale Huston at home; one brother, Rodney of Roseville; and three sisters, Mrs. David (Carol) Stinemates of rural Monmouth, Mrs. Rod (Nancy Ann) Sawyer of South Beloit and Mrs. Gerald (Bonnie) Huston of Roseville. One brother preceded him in death. He was an Army veteran. He was a staff sergeant in the Illinois National Guard. He farmed in Roseville. He was Roseville Township highway commissioner. He co- owned Superstar Video in Monmouth. He was a member of Warren County Highway Association. He was director of the West Central Illinois Highway Commissioners Association. He was a member of the National Corn Growers Association and the Illinois Soybean Association. He was director of the Warren County Fair Board. He was a member of Lawson-Babbitt Roseville American Legion Post 614 and Warren County Sportsmens Club. He was a member of Roseville Methodist Church. Services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Corman Memorial Home in Roseville, where visitation will be from 5:30 to 7 today. Burial will be in Roseville Cemetery.
