The Press-Enterprise, Riverside, California, Monday, September 6, 1993: Services for George Milledge O'Connor, 69, will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Miller-Jones Mortuary Chapel in Hemet. He died of heart disease Saturday at Loma Linda University Medical Center. Burial will be in Riverside National Cemetery. Mr. O'Connor, who was born in Lodi, moved to Hemet from Colorado Springs, Colo., seven years ago. He received his bachelor's degree in business from University of California, Berkeley in 1957. Mr. O'Connor served in intelligence for the U. S. Army for 24 years before retiring in 1967 as a lieutenant colonel. He enjoyed playing golf and was the president of Hemet West Golf Association. He was a master mason in the Henry A. Greene Lodge, No. 250 in Tacoma, Wash. Mr. O'Connor is survived by his wife, Shirley; two sons, Michael of Salem, Va. and Patrick of Colorado Springs, Colo.; a daughter, Kelley Riggle of Santa Rosa; seven grandsons; and a sister, Erma Bernat of Livermore.
