Richburg---Mrs. Grace Reid Kirkpatrick, 69, wife of Carl Kirkpatrick, died Saturday in a local nursing home. Born at Richburg, she was a daughter of the late W. J. and Mamie B. Reid. She was a graduate of Erskine College and formerly taught in McCormick schools. She was president of the 20th Century Club. Surviving are her husband; a daughter, Mrs. Leslie Preston of Winston-Salem, N. C.; two brothers, W. J. Reid, Jr. of Charleston and Charles Betts Reid of Richburg; and four sisters, Mr. W. B. Huntley of Charlotte, N. C., and Miss Flora Reid, Mrs. Roberta Beattie and Mrs. James Lynn of Richburg. Services will be at 5 p.m. today in Union ARP Church with burial in Union Cemetery.
