"Bill" Maxwell, 90, a retired representative for Amoco Oil, died Wednesday, Sept. 29, 1999, at a Fort Worth hospital, from complications of diabetes. Funeral: Noon Saturday at Westminster Presbyterian Church. Burial: Laurel Land Memorial Park. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Friday. Wm. S. "Bill" Maxwell was born Sept. 2, 1909, in Attica, Kan., and had resided in Fort Worth since 1961. He was a member of Westminster Presbyterian Church. He enjoyed his grandchildren's activities. Mr. Maxwell was preceded in death by a sister, Alice Anne Knox Gamble, in 1996, and his little dog, "Honeybear." Survivors: His wife of 45 years, Tola C. Maxwell of Fort Worth; daughters, Linda G. McNeely and husband, James, of Dallas, Candace Catherine Phillips and Charlie of Houston and Dawn Zepeda and husband, Ramon, of Fort Worth; grandchildren, Jim and Betty McNeely, Christina and Jon Lewis, Sheila and Doug Covey, Wendy and Eric Kleinjan, Mirand Christine Zepeda, Joseph P.
