From the Roseville Independent, Roseville, Illinois: Funeral services for Orma Jean Kirkpatrick, 79, Roseville, were held Wednesday, Feb. 26, at 10 a.m. at Corman Memorial Home, Roseville. Rev. James Oliver and Rev. Tom Mehaffy officiated and interment was Roseville Cemetery. Mrs. Kirkpatrick died Sunday, Feb. 23, 2003, at 3:30 p.m. at LaMoine Christian Nursing Home here. Memorials may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association or to the nursing home. A daughter of Hubert H. and Ruby (Hazen) Allard, she was born April 16, 1923, in Monmouth. She married Donald C. Kirkpatrick April 16, 1947, who died June 3, 1991. Her parents and a sister also preceded her in death. She leaves: a son, Lindsay, Kirkpatrick, Roseville; a sister, Maxine Hoffman, St. Louis; a granddaughter; and two great-grandchildren. Mrs. Kirkpatrick and her husband were lifelong farmers in Roseville and she was a nurse’s aide at LaMoine Christian Nursing Home for 22 years. She was a member of the Roseville Woman’s Club, the Mutual Benefit Club, the Warren County Historical Society, Chapter U of T.T.T., and attended the Roseville Christian Church.
