Death
A brass tablet in "Garden Aisle" bears the following: — "Beneath the floor rests a brave and distinguished soldier, Lieutenant-General Samuel Stevenson Graham, eldest son of Dr. Thomas Graham, etc., b. 20th May, 1756, d. 20th January, 1831, etc. For his services he was appointed Lieutenant- Governor of Stirling Castle, which office he held for 30 years."Source: The old Castle Vennal of Stirling by J.S.
