NY Times 11 Nov 1951The marriage of Miss Eloise B Furnival, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. T. Bruce Furnival of Syracuse, N.Y., and Raymond W. Hoffman of Plainfield, son of Mr. and Mrs. Perry Hoffman of Springfield, Ohio, took place today in the chapel of the Crescent Avenue Presbyterian Church. The Rev. Ralph T. Hass, pastor, performed the ceremony.
A reception was held here at the home of the bride's cousin, Mrs. Lester C. Hopton.
Escorted by her father, the bride had for her maid of honor, Miss Anne M. Moran of Dewitt, N.Y. Meade Monroe of Plainfield was best man.
The bride, an alumna of Syracuse University, received her Master's degree in Hospital Administration from Northwestern University. She is administrative assistant at Muhlenberg Hospital in this city.
The bridegroom, an alumnus of Indiana Technical College, served with the Navy in the second World War.
He is an electrical engineer with the Bakelite Corporation in Bound Brook, N.J.
