Burial
Sacred to the memory of Thomas LAMB, of Hay Carr, Ellel, who died the 8th day of July 1823 in the 59th year of his age. And Margaret LAMB, wife of the above, who died the 10th of November 1826 aged 58 years. Also Elizabeth, their daughter, who died the 31st of May 1820 aged 24 years. Also Richard, son and brother of the above, who died 25th January 1826. Also Mary, daughter and sister of the above, who died the 29th of November 1834 aged 33 years. Also William LAMB, of Hay Carr, eldest son of the above Thomas and Margaret who died the 18th December 1850 aged 56 years. Also of Eleanor LAMB, daughrer of the above Thomas and Margaret LAMB, who died December 14th 1862. Also of the Reverend Robert LAMB, the youngest son of the above Thomas and Margaret LAMB, he was for many years Rector of St Paul's Church, Manchester and died on the 24th of December 1872 aged 60 years. Also of Thomas LAMB, of Hay Carr, third and last surviving son of the above Thomas and Margaret LAMB, who died the 4th of September 1875 aged 69 years.Endnotes
