Mrs. Bluhm was born Feb. 28, 1891, in Lockport,, the daughter of William and Sarah Gray Clugston. She was the widow of Fred W. Bluhm, a former alderman of the city of Lockport. Mrs. Bluhm was a member of Rebekah Lodge 290 and the Lockport Senior Citizens. She lived with her daughter, Mrs. Walter (Letitia) Uriel, in Lockport before entering the hospital. Also surviving are another daughter, Mrs. M a l c o lm (Kathryn) Felton, Lockport; eight grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; and several nephews and nieces. Friends may call at Prudden and Kandt Funeral Home, 242 Genesee St. where funeral services will be held Wednesday afternoon at 2 p.m. Rebekah Lodge 290 will meet at Prudden and Kandt at 7 p.m. Taesday for a memorial service and to pay respects. All Rebekah members have been asked to attend. Interment will be in Cold Spring Cemetery.
