In the Valuation Roll for Glasgow for 1913-1914, 4 Moray Place is a house
owned by Mrs. Rosanna Frazer. The 1901 census shows that her son, Joseph
McN FRASER, age 40, was a minister; The 1861 census shows that Rosanna
was born in County Down, IRE. Familysearch gives the birth of Joseph McNeil
FRASER 27 Dec 1860 to James FRAZER and Rosann AGNEW. I conclude that
Joseph McNeil FRAZER was the minister who married the couple, but that he is not a relative.
According to www.theglasgowstory.com, the 1913-1914 Valuation Roll for
Glasgow lists Mrs. Rosanna Frazer as owning and living in 4 Moray Place. Occupier is listed as Proprietrix.
