Robert Caswell Hume

Summary: A retired forensic psychiatrist affiliated with New York State corrections department, he trained at Mountainside Hospital in Montclair, N.J. and the Boston VA Psychiatric Hospital and went on to earn a master's degree in public health from Harvard.
