She appears to be the Hannah Hunt in Rowan Co. marriage records who m. James Smith on 12 Jan. 1778/79, bond by Gershom Hunt. Nothing further has been learned about this Hunt-Smith relationship, although her brother Elijah in 1816 sold land to a Hannah Smith. Gershom's Will of 1807 calls his daughter Hannah Lynn and a distribution of the estate of her brother Abraham in 1827-29 shows she m. William Lynn and had moved to KY by 1827.
