J Mac GoheenJ Mac Goheen, 109 East Twelfth Street, Tyrone, died at the Tyrone Hospital Sunday night, Aug 21 1955 at 10:50 o'clock following an extended illness.
He was born June 19, 1902 at Baileyville, the son of Robert G and Nannie Belle McWilliam Goheen. On June 20 1949 at Winchester, Va., he married Helen Bernice Irvin.
Surviving are the widow, his mother, a sister, Mrs Betty Goheen Wyse, mother-in-law, Mrs Florence Irvin, all of Tyrone, a daughter to a former marriage, Mrs J R Miller of Buffalo, N Y.; these step daughter; Mrs Shirley Starr, Tyrone R D 3, Joyce Audrey and Martha Helen Cowher, at home.
He was a member of the Upper Spruce Creek Presbyterian Church, Tyrone Lodge No. 25, Loyal Order of Moose, and Tyrone Lodge No. 494, Free and Accepted Masons, He had follows the occupation of salesman.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday afternoon at @:30 o'clock in the Graysville Presbyterian Church in Upper Spruce Creek Valley, in charge of the Rev Dr. Robert L Hutchinson
