Sidney Green, b at East Haddam, Jan 2 1811. When he came to New York his brothrs Henry and William took him into thir business, changing th firmname to Green & Co. He lived in Brookland and m. there Mary Gleason Deming, dau of Frederick and Mary (Gleason) Deming of that place, May 12, 1846; she was b. in Litchfield, Conn., May 8, 1815.
