OBITUARY: MRS. CAVE DIES AT 77Rotan-(RNS) Mrs. Emmett Cave, 77, resident of Rotan 57 years died at 3 a.m. Friday in Callan Hospital following a lengthy illness.
Funeral will be at 3 p.m. Saturday with the Rev. Billy Hudnall pastor of First Baptist Church in Rotan officiating.
Bural will be in the Belvieu Cemetery under direction of Weathersbee Funeral Home with Haldean Cave, Mark Cave,Jr, Ted Cave, James Cove, Mike Barron and M.L. Cave serving as pallbearers.
Mrs. Cave was born Callie Moulton Dec 2, 1891, in Hopkins County the daughter of Mr and Mrs Jack Moulton. She married Emmett Cave in Dickens City and the couple moved to Rotan in 1912. She was a member of the Baptist Church.
Survivors include her husband of Rotan, two daughters, Mrs. Nelson Smith of Rotan, Mrs Harold Cheek of Dallas; and one son, O.B. of Stanton; two sisters; Mrs. Bob Green and Miss Maude Moulton, both of Abilene; and one brother Sherman of Hobbs, NM; seven grandchildren; and two great grandchildren.
