4thly It is my Desire and I do hereby give and Bequeath unto my son William M Owens, in trust as follows viz Two negroes by the name of Elsey and Warren together with their increase for the good, use, and benefit of my Daughter Sarah Ann Frances Cave and her Children -- that is I appoint my Son William as trustee for y above named Daughter to superintend & notice that the above mentioned negroes are to be appropriated for the good of my daughter & not to e at the disposal of Her Husband or subject to his contracts.Also in this will is noted a Nicy Eliza Cave who also received two negroes but not her husbands name.
