Mrs. J.H. Williams
MATADOR- Oct. 29 (Special)- Funeral services for Mrs. J.H.
Williams,85,formerly of Roaring Springs,will be held Monday at 10 a.m. in the Church of Christ in Roaring Springs with Mr. Leonard Dennis,minister of the Edmondson Church of Christ officiating.
Mrs. Williams died today in an Amarillo Rest Home.
She was the former Nancy E. Cave,and had been born at Rockdale on Aug. 11,1876.She married J.H. Williams,who died in 1947 in 1980. The couple moved to Motley County in 1912 from Cottle County.
Survivors include two sons,Harvey of Amarillo and Owen of Clovis,N.M: one daughter Mrs.Charles H. Kay of Spokane,Wash;four grandchildren,twelve great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.
Burial will be in the Roaring Springs Cemetery under direction of the Eudy-Seale Funeral Home of Matador.
