In the name of God Amen. I Valentine Stover of Haines Township Centre County and State of Pennsylvania Farmer being weak in body and sound mind memory and understanding but considering the uncertainly of this transitory life do make and publish this my last will and Testament in manner and form following to wit. First it is my will and I do order that all my Just debts and funeral expenses by paid and satisfied as soon as Conveniently can be after my deceased I do order and is my will that after my decease my Executors herein after mentioned shall sell all my Real and Personal property as soon as they conveniently can and make a good and Lawful Deed to the purchaser and the proceeds from the sale of the Real and personal property aforesaid to be Equally Divided among my Children as follows name to my son Samuel Stover and to my daughter Eleovrono A Stover Intermarried with Michael Kreamer and to my daughter Catherine Intermarried with John Wise and to my daughter Eve intermarried with --- Marntz and to my daughter Julia Intermarried with William Weaver and to my daughter. Maria intermarried with Moses Stover so that my Children will have Share and Share alike. And I do hereby make and ordain my son Samuel Stover and Jacob Wolf to be my Executors of this my last will and Testament hereby revoking all former wills by me made.I witness whenof I Valentine Stover the testator have to this my will written on one sheet of paper set my hand and seal this 9th day of December AD 1854

A.trial of agreement made and entered into this first day of July A D 1857, between Jacob Wolf and Samuel L Stover Executors of the estate of Valentine Stover Decd of the Township of Haines Co. of Centre and State of Penna., of the first part and Catherine Stover, widow and Samuel L Stover, Mrs Ellen Kreamer, Mrs. Catherine Wise, and Mrs Eve Wolf, Mrs Susan Marntz, Mrs Julian Weaver and Mrs Maria Stover heirs of the Co and state aforesaid of the 2nd part to which the said parties of the first part agree to pay over to the parties of the second part the full amount of a legacy bequeathed to them in by the last will and Testament of said Valentine Stover decd provided they relieve said party of the first part from all further liability, and defray all expense by a Surt now pending or may pend or from any other clam of which and kind that may be brought against them as Executors of said estate.
In consideration of the above the parties agree to all the above mentioned condition and do herby bind themselves their hairs and executors administrators and assigns in the sum of thirty seven dollars and sixty two ct, and this Widdow one hundred and thirty one dollars and sixty seven ct for the true and faithful performance of the Several Covenanty and agreements aforesaid.

Personally appeared before me M Plerosthurst Register for the probaste of Wills and granting of Letters of Administration in and for daid County the within named Isaac D Peters and Levi Bira Witnesses to the within will who after having been duly swarn accourding to the law did say that they were personally present and saw and heard Valentine Stover Sign and publish the within as his last will and testiment that at the time of so doing he was of sound and disposing mind and memory according to the best of our knowledge belief. A trial of agreement made and entered into this first day of July AD 1857, between Jacob Wolf and Samuel L Stover Executors of the Estate of Valentine Stover Deceased of the Towsnhip of Haines of Centre and State of Pennsylvania of the first part and Catherine Stover Wise and Samuel L Stover Mrs Ellen Kreamer, Mrs. Catherine Wise , Mrs Eve Wolf, Mrs Susan Warntz - Mrs Julian Weaver and Mrs Maria Stover heirs of the Co and State of aforsaid of the 2nd part to watch the Said parties of the first part agree to pay over to the parties of the Second part the full amont of a legacy bequeathed to them in by the last will and testament of Said Valentine Stover deceased provided they relieve Said party of the first part from all further liability and defray all expense by a suit now pending or may pendor from any other laim of which end kind that may be brought against them as Executors of Said Estate.
