Funeral services for Samuel L. Goble, 49, who died at his home at 1409 Ormond Thursday afternoon, are to be held this afternoon at 3:30 o'clock at the Church of Christ at Baldwin and Niagara. A nephew of Goble, the Rev. Paul Knight of Boonville, Ark., will officiate. Survivors include his wife; one daughter, Mrs. E. W. Truesdell, Corpus Christi; one son, Samuel L. Goble, Jr., in the Navy in China; a brother, John L. Goble, Vernon; two sisters, Mrs. Huby King and Mrs. Roy Behymer, both of Ferris, and one grandchild. Burial will be in Rose Hill Cemetery. Funeral arrangements were handled by the Peel-Jackson Funeral Homes.
