Marriage
My Grandmother, Eva Vera Sundholm, was born in Rockford, Ill., 11 Sept. 1897. Her parents were Ida Johnson and John Alfred Sundholm~both born in Stockholm, Sweden. They eventually settled in South Bend, Indiana and the children (all daughters) went into domestic service. My Grandmother and her fraternal twin sister (Ruth) worked for the Studebaker family. The daughters were: Hilma, Anna, Eva, Julia, Ruth, Edith and Judith, who died in infancy. Eva married Ray Goheen on 2 Nov. 1917 and they had 6 children~Russell, Robert, Kathleen, JoAnn, Jean and Michael. Eva died on 31 July 1982 and is buried in Highland Cemetery, South bend, Indiana.
