Inventory: Stated he was a blacksmith. Had wearing apparel, riding horse and saddle, household goods, horses, cown smiths tools. Noah Abraham and John Goheen were appraisers.Know all men by those presents that we Anne Goheen Philip David, Nathaniel Jones all of the County of Chester and province of Pennsylvania yeomen are held and firmly bound unto Wm Plumisted Regr Genll for ye Probate of will and granting letter of Administration in and for ye province aforesaid in the sum of one hundred fifty pounds of Lawful money of Province to be paid to the said Regr Genll his Ex Account or assignees to which payment well and truly to be made we bind ourselves our heirs Executors and Administrators and Every of ... whole and for ye whole joyntly and Severely firmly by those presents sealed with our seals dated the ninth day of February Anno dom 1747/8
The condition of this obligation is such that if ye above bounden Edward Goheen adm of all and singular ye goods chattles and creditts of Edward Goheen do make or cause to be made or cause to be made a true and perfect inventory of all singular ye goods chattles and creditts of ye sd deceased which have or shall come to the hand possession or knowledge of ye said Edward Goheen into ye hands possession or knowledge of every other person or persons for here and ye found for made exhibitts or cause to be exhibitted into the register office for the said county on or before you Ninth day of March next ensuing ...

The Condition of this obligation is such that if ye above bound an Anne Goheen administrator of all and singular ye goods Chattels and Credits of Edward Goheen deceased do make or cause to be made a true and perfect inventory of all the goods possession or knowledge of -- ye -- Anne Goheen or unto ye hands, possessions or knowledge of any other person or persons for -------- made exhibits or courses to be exhibited into the registrars office for said County --. Before ye ninth day of March --- ensuing any same goods Chattels and Credits of ye deceased at the time of death or which at any time after shall come to ye hands possession or knowledge of any other person or persons for --- and truly administer according to law and further do make or cause to be made a true and just account of his admin's when legally thereunto required and all ye ---- thereunto required and ally-- rest and residue of ye -- Adminextrix accept the same being first examined and allowed of by ye orphans court of ye County of Chester shall deliver and pay to such persons and persons respectively as ye said Courts by its' decree on s--- pursuant to law shall ---- and appoint and if it shall hereafter appear that any last will and testament was made by ye deceased and ye therein named do exhibit into ye registrar office for ye said county making request to have ye same allowed and approved of accordingly of ye said Anne Goheen be thereunto requested do render and deliver up the said Letter of Administration approvation of such testament being first --- and made at ye office then this obligation to be void otherwise to be and rendered in full force and vertue
