Whereas at an Orphan's Court held at Bellefonte, in and for said county, on the 24 day of January A. A., 1870 Before the Honorable, the Judges of said Court, the Petition of the petition of H. A. Mengle Guardian of Johanna Wise daughter of John Wise late of Haines Township Deceased Respectfully that John Wise died intestate on the -- Day of April AD 1869 leaving the following heirs and had spread situtations.1. Catharine Widow of Said intestate who resides in Said Township
2. Oscar W Stover, Foster S. Stover, and Alice Stover minor children of Daniel Stover & Anna E Stover deceased the said Anne Stover being a Daughter of the said John Wise and had for their Guardian ad liteue H. A. Mengle who resides in Aronsburg, Centre County, Penna.
3. Mary I Feidler late Mary Wise intermarried with David Feidler who resides In Millheim Centre County Penna.
4. Solomon Wise a Son of the deceased who Resides at Prairie House, Shelby County, Illinois.
5. Hannah M. Rote late Hannah Wise intermarried with Samuel Rote who Resides in Bellefonte, Centre County, Penna.
