To the Honourable the Judges of the Orphans Court of Centre County
The Petition of Augustus Wolf Administrator of the Peter Wolf late of said county
Repectfully Represants- That the said Peter Wolf died instate leaving a wife names Elizabeth and ---- six children vis- William Agustus the petitioner - Mary, Eliza, Joseph and Sarah all above the age of twenty one-
That the pursuent Estate of the said intestate is insufficient for the payments of his debts as by the amount of inventory herewith moves aff-- and that the said intestate died --- in his ---- as of fee of and in a certain message on Lot of ----- with the improvements adjoining Lot of Phily Dole and George Shenegerger and
Situated in the town of Boalsburg said county - you Petitioner therefore prays your honour to grant hear and order to make sole of the said messenger and Lot of ground with the opportunity for the payment of the debts.

The Petition of August Wolf Administrator of Peter Wolf late of Harris township
Reports that pursuant to the written order of Court H died on the 22? day of August 1846 at the place therein mention having given due public and timely notice of the time and place of sole, Expose the premises therin described, to sale by public auction or out cry and sold the same to Elizabeth Wolf of said township for the sum of Five hundred and seventy five dollars, she being the highest and best bidder and that the highest and best price bidden for same And he respectfully prays the sale so move may be conoermed by the Court and a ---- decree accordingly to the purchaser
