MOREY David Alan Morey passed away peacefully on Wednesday, March 14, 2007 at 5:27 am. Age 55 years. He was surrounded by his wife of 32 years, Donna Mussacchia Morey, and his 3 sons: Scott, Matthew, and Michael. He has 2 daughters-in-law whom he loved dearly: Aimee Morey and Tressie Morey and 2 precious grandchildren, Saige and Amber. He was preceded in death by his infant son, Dennis Raymond Morey and his mother, Mary T. Morey. His father, Robert L. Morey and his brother, Stephen C. Morey reside in Houston. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews who will miss him and remember him fondly. David was a kind and gentle man who always put others before himself. He was active as Cub Master of the Scouts at Our Lady of Perpetual Help School and he was a member of the Kenner Rotary Club serving as both Treasurer and President. In 2003 he had the honor of being chosen as Rotarian of the Year. David will be missed so much by his family as well as by his precious dogs ""Angie'' and ""Scout''. He was a native of Fitchburg, MA and a resident of Louisiana for 43 years. All of those who knew and loved David are invited to attend his Visitation at Leitz-Eagan Funeral Home, 4747 Veterans Blvd. Metairie, LA on Saturday, March 17, 2007 from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm. Mass will follow at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church in Kenner at 12:30 pm. Interment will be at Greenwood Cemetery.
