pay it to her it is My will that he invest its Money to its best possible

According to Lane's Akron History, Timothy was a soldier of the War of 1812.

The reason that these parents are here is other genealogies: I have serious doubts. Timothy Goodwin states he was born in New York (census, could be in error). Did Timothy and Alvaria VanNorman have a child in Summit County in 1819 and lived in Summit County, Ohio? Jesse VanOrman is found in New York in 1920. This does not seem probable.
