I, F. W. Wrate of Mason City, Cerro Gordo County, Iowa, being of sound mind and memory, so hereby make, publish and declare this as and for my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking any and all wills by me at any time heretofore made.
1. I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses to be paid out of this my estate.
2. I give, devise and bequeath unto my beloved wife, Emma E Wrate, all of my property both real and personal and wherever situated, to have and to hold absolutely and forever.
3. I hereby nominate an appoint my said wife, Emma E. Wrate, as executrix of this my Will and request that she not required to give bond as such executrix.
