Isabella de Clare, Countess of Pembroke was the daughter of Richard FitzGilbert de Clare, 2nd Earl of Pembroke and Aoife MacMorrough. She married William Marshal, 1st Earl of Pembroke, son of John FitzGilbert and Sybil de Salisbury, in August 1189 at London, England. She died in 1220.2
She gained the title of 4th Countess of Pembroke [E., 1138], suo jure.3
