Sir William Cokayne was the son of William Cokayne and Elizabeth Medcalfe.2 He married Mary Morris, daughter of Richard Morris and Maud Daborne, on 22 June 1596.3 He died on 20 October 1626.3 He was buried at St. Paul's Cathedral, The City, London, EnglandG.4
