Death
KUPERIS _ Hendrick (Hank), born June 19, 1946 in Dokkum, Netherlands, passedaway at his home in Vancouver, BC on September 29, 2006. He is survived by
his daughter Kari-ann, his son Kelly, sisters Margaret (Dan), Anna
(Reinier), and Ida (John), and brothers William (Marion), George (Sonya),
and Sidney (Tina). He was predeceased by his parents Denise and Martin, and
by his brothers Andrew and Martin (Ina). We came so close to meet again my
friend But by chance, it was not meant to be So it is with a glad heart and
open arms We welcome you home to rest A memorial service for family and
friends will be held graveside in the Garden of Everlasting Life at Mountain
View Memorial Gardens (17 Avenue S.E. at Garden Rd, Calgary, AB) Saturday,
October 14, 2006 at 3:00pm. In lieu of flowers those wishing to make a
donation may do so to the charity of their choice.
