Stuart is a 1957 graduate of Salisbury Regional High School, retired from the RCMP in June after 26 years of service, and has joined Abacus Security Consultants and investigators of Halifax. He is Vice-president in charge of Polygraph Science, New York, [and] has conducted polygraph examinations for more than six years. He is a charter member of the Canadian Polygraphists and ... the American Polygraph Association.
In 1989 he appeared in the movie Justice denied, the Donald Marshall Jr Story as the polygraph operator.
Stuart joined the RCMP in 1961 from which he retired. He served wit hthe Polygraph Division, Halifax, NS. He (1996) owns and operates S.R. Ryder Investigations & Polygraph Services Ltd, Halifax, NS. [Alward Book]
