ALICE LAVINA RYDER

Dana says, "He worked in the woods, farmed also, and did some carpentry. It is said he gave a good days work. They lived in the old Sharpe home in Canaan, which is still standing. It is in rough shape with trees growing all around. One end of it was the old Canaan School house, the first one built in Canaan." They had one son, who lived in Fredericton NB.
