(7 Oct 1860 - 17 Mar 1934)

He was known as "Turkey John." In 1891 he was living in New Canaan with his father. On 8 Dec 1905 he was granted 100 acres at lot 77-block 26 of Thorne's Brook, Havelock. On 8 Sept 1920 he was granted 100 acres at lot 198 south of the Canaan River, Brunswick Parish NB.

Dana writes, "John and Hulda moved to East Hartford CT and lived there for a while, but due to the poor health of Hulda, they moved back to Havelock around 1910.
