JOSEPH RYDER
(Ca 1833 - Aft 1861)
He was bequeathed the W1/2 of lot 39 in Joseph Crandall Rider's Will of 1849. In 1859 Joseph attempted to become the administrator of that Will, but failed in favor of Crandall's son, Norman. At that time Joseph was living in the Parish of Sheffield, Sunbury County, described as a "lumberer." In the 1861 census he is shown unmarried, aged 28, and working as a "common laborer." Thereafter there is no further information.
