Her obituary gives this information. "She was born in Portland and attended Portland Schools, graduating with Honors from Portland High School in 1932. She had been a member of the debating train there and won a bronze medal. In 1973 she married Patrick J. Costello, who died in 1984. She was a supervisor for Cook, Everett and Pennell from 1931 to 1973, when she retired." [Corey Book]
