Of W. Yarmouth, Ms. Will, dated 1780 probated 1789:Ag11. In Freeman's "Cape Cod" it is recorded that, at a request to the clerk of the proprietors of Yarmouth, signed by nine of them, a meeting was called to discuss a petition by Joseph Rider, and others, to erect a grist mill at a place called "the Weir".
