He came here as a child and was educated in Portland schools. For 30 years, until the time of his death, he was employed by the Portland Co. as a crane operator. Mr. Corey was a past President of local 142 International Brotherhood of Boilermakers, and was a communicant of St. Peter's Roman Catholic Church.
