Obituary: CARENCRO - Memorial services will be held Saturday, March 2, 2013 at 1:00 p.m. in Evangeline Memorial Gardens Melancon Funeral Home location in Carencro for Jamie Ray Zaunbrecher, age 48, who passed away Sunday, February 24, 2013 at 2:46 p.m. Interment will be in Calvary Cemetery in Lafayette. The Deacon Ken Arnaud, will officiate at the services. Mr. Zaunbrecher was a native of Lafayette and resident of Dallas, TX. He was owner and operator of S.T.A.T. Imaging, Inc. Mr. Zaunbrecher was an entrepreneurial professional medical sonographer with compassion for his patients and a focus on diagnostic excellence. His most important attribute was his love of family. Survivors include his mother, Winnie Lee Hebert of Cleburne, TX; one son, Trevor Allen Zaunbrecher of New Boston, TX; one daughter, Rachel Olivia Zaunbrecher of New Boston, TX; one sister, Melaina Crocker and her husband, James, of Cleburne, TX and her six children, Jason Lott, Joshua Lott and his wife, Tiffany, Jacob Lott, Daniel Crocker and his wife, Allison, Molly Crocker and Amya Crocker; two brothers, Barry Joseph Douglas Zaunbrecher of Las Vegas, NV and Richard Aaron Zaunbrecher, Jr. of Branson, MO and his three children, Caitlin, Zaunbrecher, Shelby Z. Hogan and her husband, A.J. and Dalton Zaunbrecher. He was preceded in death by his father, Richard Aaron Zaunbrecher, Sr.; paternal grandparents, Anthony Zaunbrecher and the former, Vernell Hoffpauir; maternal grandparents, John Hebert and the former, Beulah Hebert; A rosary will be prayed at 12:00 p.m. Saturday in the funeral home.
