Burial
Obituary: Funeral services will be held Saturday, August 21, 2010 at 1:30 p.m. in the Chapel of Geesey-Ferguson Funeral Home for Betty Stutes Keeney, 78, who died Thursday, August 19, 2010 at 3:50 a.m. at Christus St. Patrick Hospital in Lake Charles. Mrs. Keeney was a native of Crowley and long time resident of Lake Charles. McArthur Douglas, Sr. will officiate for the services. The family requests visiting hours Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to service time. Burial will be in Ebenezer Cemetery. Mrs. Keeney is survived by two sons, Craig J. Hebert of Youngsville and Shannon W. Hebert of Lake Charles; one grandson, Colton J. Hebert of Youngsville; one brother, Donnie Ray Stutes of Crowley. She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Thesta Morgan Stutes.Endnotes
