Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Friday, May 26, 2000, at Duhon Funeral Home Chapel in Crowley for Mrs. Linda Semar, 52, who died at 6:52 p.m. on Wednesday, May 24, 2000, at University Medical Center in Lafayette.
Brother Rodney Trahan will officiate for the services. Burial will be held in North Hanks Cemetery.
Visitation will be observed until the time of services.
Survivors include her husband, Donald Semar of Crowley; one son, Troy Thibodeaux of Crowley; one daughter, Melanie LeBlanc of Crowley; her mother, Rosa Mae Hoffpauir of Crowley; one sister, Judy Robinson of Crowley; one stepson, Bobbie Thibodeaux of Crowley; two grandchildren, Gabrielle LeBlanc and Kaitlynn Thibodeaux.
She was preceded in death by her father, Justin "Tutty" Hoffpauir; two sons, Christopher Joseph Semar and Darrell Thibodeaux.
