Harry Hoffpauir, 69, of New Caney died April 13, 2003 at his residence. Funeral Services will be 2:00 p.m., Tuesday at Broussard's Chapel, 134 West Buccaneer, Winnie with burial in Fairview Cemetery. A gathering of friends will be Monday from 4 - 7 p.m. at the funeral home. Born in Mermentau, LA. he lived most of his life in the Winnie area and was a retired Electrician from Texaco and also trained cutting horses. He is survived by his wife, Bertha Hoffpauir of New Caney; son, Larry Hoffpauir of Pasadena; daughter, Karen Heitschmidt of Townson, Montana; stepson, Jimmy McCreight of New Caney; step daughter, Priscilla Spillers of Spring; sisters, Helen Bond of Talledega, AL. and Yvonne Knight of Winnie; numerous grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
