Obituary: Dave Hoffpauir, age 55, of Port Arthur, Texas died Wednesday, January 11, 2017. He was born on August 13, 1961, in Orange, Texas to Lilieth Jerquetta Ross and Huey Winson Hoffpauir. Dave enjoyed being an artist, cooking and social gatherings. He spent most of his time doing church work. Dave loved being a dad. Survivors include his children, Crystal Lizanich, Dustin Hoffpauir, Brandon Hoffpauir, Lisa Guest-Hawkins, Jessica McDaniel, David Hoffpauir, Jr., Alycia Hoffpauir, Jaden Hoffpauir and three grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Rena Hoffpauir. Mr. Hoffpauir’s funeral service will be held 2pm Sunday, January 15, 2017, The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 3939 Turtle Creek Drive in Port Arthur, Texas 77640. His cremation arrangements were handled through Broussard’s Crematorium, Beaumont, under the direction of Broussard’s, 505 North 12th Street, Nederland, Texas.
