Obituary: Eloise Arnold Hoffpauir May 14, 1926 - April 27, 2018. Eloise Arnold Hoffpauir, 91, of Port Arthur passed away on Friday, April 27, 2018 at Senior Rehab and Skilled Nursing Center. She was born on May 14, 1926 to her parents, Fred Arnold and Eula Nash Arnold in Mansfield, Louisiana. Eloise was a lifelong resident of Port Arthur. She was a devoted homemaker in raising her two children along with her husband, Jack. Eloise was a longtime member of First Baptist Church of Port Arthur. She was preceded in death by her parents and her three siblings, her son-in-law, Jerry Frasier. Eloise is survived by her daughter, Jane Frasier of Port Arthur, her son, Don Hoffpauir and his wife, Janet of Nederland, three grandchildren, five great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild. Visitation will be on Sunday, April 29, 2018 from 5:00 PM till 7:00 PM at Clayton Thompson Funeral Home in Groves. Service to Honor Eloise's life will be at 10:00 AM Monday, April 30, 2018 in the Thompson Memorial Chapel at Clayton Thompson. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Memorial Park.Endnotes
