Obituary: Howard was born on August 19, 1959 and passed away on Wednesday, January 24, 2018. Howard was a resident of Lake Charles, Louisiana at the time of passing. His memorial service will be held at 1:00 PM on Saturday, January 27, 2018 at the Johnson Funeral Home Chapel. Visitation will be at the funeral home on Saturday from 10:00 AM until the start of the service.
