Obituary: CLARA MAE HOFFPAUIR, 78, passed away on March 22, 2009 in Webster, TX. She was born to Roy and Amy Richard in Estherwood, LA. She is preceded in death by her husband, Harey Ellis Hoffpauir; son, Michael Hoffpauir; parents, Roy and Amy Richard; brother, Roy Richard, Jr. She is survived by her daughter, Cheryl Butler and her husband Monty; sons, John Hoffpauir and his wife Janet; Philip Hoffpauir; brothers, Louis Richard and his wife Sherry. 3 grandchildren, Amber Seeberger, Richard Hoffpauir, and Aaron Butler; 3 great-grandchildren, Caden, Caitlyn and Caleb. Visitation will be held on Monday, March 30, 2009 at Crowder Funeral Home, 111 E. Medical Center Blvd. Webster, TX at 9:00 a.m. till 10:00 a.m. A funeral service will held at 10:00 a.m. in the Crowder Funeral Home chapel with Deacon Rob Stevens officiating. She is preceded in death by her husband, Harvey Ellis Hoffpauir; son, Michael Hoffpauir; parents, Roy Sr., and Amy Richard; brother, Roy Richard, Jr. She is survived by her daughter, Cheryl Butler and her husband Monty; sons, John Hoffpauir and his wife Janet; Philip Hoffpauir; brothers, Louis Richard and his wife Sherry. 3 grandchildren, Amber Seeberger and husband Russell, Richard Hoffpauir, and Aaron Butler; 3 great-grandchildren, Caden, Caitlynn and Caleb. She is also survived by niece and nephew Jennifer and Jonathan Richard. Visitation will begin on Monday, March 30, 2009 from 9:00-10:00 a.m. with a funeral service at 10:00am at Crowder Funeral Home, 111 E. Medical Center Blvd. Webster, TX with Deacon Rob Stevens officiating. Grave side will follow at 1:00pm at Houston National Cemetery,10410 Veterans Memorial Drive, Houston, Texas 77038.
