DeRidder Funeral services for Ryan "Blake" Hoffpauir, 15, will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 18, in Beauregard Vernon Funeral Home. The Revs. Paul Seward, Walter Mallard and W.E. Whited will officiate. Burial will be in Beauregard Cemetery. Mr. Hoffpauir died at 10:22 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 15, 1997, in the Beauregard hospital. He was a sophomore at DeRidder High School and a member of the FFA and Bible Missionary Church in DeRidder. Survivors include two brothers, Dustin Ross and Samuel Neal Hoffpauir; one sister, Stephanie L. Jarrett; his father and stepmother, Keith and Debbie Hoffpauir; his mother, Barbara Hoffpauir.
Not mentioned in the above Obit was the fact that Ryan died as the result of a tractor accident, which was an article elsewhere in the paper.
