R. 1 Quincy, d ied Sunday evening January 26, in the Robert Lo ng Hospital in Indianapolis, whe re he was a patient since November 10 . He was born October 1, 1881 in Putnam C ounty, the son of Marion an d Haley Coons Christenberry. He was the last member of the family o f 11 children. December 18, 1905 he was married to Garnet Cart er wh o preceded him in death February 13, 1934. Mr. Christenberry had bee n a f armer most of his life, but he also was foreman on the Monon Rai lroad 21 years. He is survived by two sons, Basil of South Bend an d Gilbert of Cloverdale; th ree grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchild ren. Funeral services were at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Whitaker Funer al Home in Cloverdale. The Rev. W. J. Evans wa s the officiating mini ster. Internment was in the Cloverdale Cemetery.
