Obituary: Mrs. Myrtle E. Cook, 73, whose home was on R. 3 in Cloverdal e, died e arly Tuesday morning, October 17, 1961, in St. Joseph Hospit al, Kokomo (Indiana ). The funeral service will be this afternoon, Th ursday, October 19, at two o' clock at the Whitaker Funeral Home in Cl overdale. Burial will be in Wilkinson Cemetery, Poland. Mrs. Cook wa s born in Owen County, January 14, 1888, a daugh ter of Daniel and Lyd ia Lockhart Query. She was married to William E. Cook who died in 19 48. Mrs. Cook was a member of the Christian Church. She is survid e d by four sons, Floyd Cook, Kokomo, Lawrence Cook, Galvantin; Este l Cook, Bunke r Hill and Beryl Cook, Kokomo. There are two sisters, Mr s. Rulie Stillbower an d Miss Susie Qiery, both of Edinburg. There ar e 8 grand children.
