Services will be 11 a.m. Saturday at St. Francis Catholic Church for Leo Fuchs, 74, who died Wednesday at Albany Area Hospital. Friends may call from 3 to 8 p.m. Friday and after 9 a.m. Saturday at Brenny Funeral Home in Albany. Parish prayers will be at 7 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
Leo Fuchs was born in Lake Henry to Joseph and Bertha (Moser) Fuchs. He married MaryAnn Doll on Oct. 8, 1945, in St. Martin. He farmed in the St. Francis area his entire life. He was a member of St. Francis Catholic Church.
Survivors include his children, Rita Lange and Joseph of Freeport, Leon of Holdingford and Brenda Chuba of Albertville; brother and sisters, Clara Maile, Catherine Wiechmann and Joseph of Avon; and 11 grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife on Sept. 25, 1993; sons, Alois, Anthony and Edwin; and brothers and sisters, Edmund, Raymond, Martin, Clem, Anna Doll and Eleanor Maile.
